Triangle Foot and Ankle Specialist, PC, was founded to provide the Cary and surrounding communities in North Carolina with the highest quality, compassionate care for all foot and ankle issues. We value our relationship with our patients and that begins with your first visit to our office. Our practice sees individuals of all ages, from infants through geriatrics. We are committed to providing every patient with our undivided attention to fully evaluate and treat their foot and ankle conditions and return them to their optimal activity level.

 


 

Your Office Visit

forourpatients1At every office visit we strive to see each patient on time, to give them our undivided attention, to treat them with respect and to fully diagnose and treat their foot and ankle issues.  Please arrive at our office 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork, so that Dr. Thomas can see patients promptly at their appointed time.  We need to scan your ID and insurance card at every visit and will need to update your information if you have not already done so on the patient portal.  For new patients, we will need to scan your patient forms if you have not submitted them via fax or entered that information into our patient portal.  We appreciate your cooperation so that we can avoid any wait time.

Patient Portal

patientportalFor the convenience of our patients, we use our patient portal for registration and patient communications. Your required health information can be entered at home prior to your appointment, which allows Dr. Thomas and his staff to be prepared for your visit when you arrive. You will be given information to log into the patient portal when you make your initial appointment with our office and then can use that login for all future visits and to check for lab results or other communication.

Please be sure to login into the portal and complete all forms prior to your visit and also to update any health information before return visits.

If you are unable to log in to our patient portal prior to your office visit, please print out and complete the appropriate forms and either fax them to 877-294-0766 or bring them with you to your visit.  If you are bringing your forms, please allow an additional 15 minutes, prior to your appointment time, for registration.

Insurance

insurance1Our office participates, in-network, with most major insurance plans and are covered by most worker’s compensation plans. We are happy to discuss your coverage with you and help verify your benefits prior to your visit. Claims are electronically filed, by our staff, for our patients. We collect the co-payment amount for each visit on the day of service. For patients without insurance coverage, we offer discounts and can discuss payment arrangements. Click here for a list of the insurance plans we currently accept. If your insurance plan is not listed please contact our office to verify whether we are in-network with them.


Prescription Refills

rxrefillIf you are an established patient and need a prescription refill, please have your pharmacy fax our office a refill request form. If you are a new patient or are requesting a new prescription, you must be seen in our office prior to a prescription being written.
